Easter Outing to Werribee & Geelong

Last weekend, SW got four days off for Easter holiday, therefore we decided to have an outing to Geelong with friends. Along the way, we stopped by Werribee's famous Rose Park.

Took us around one and a half hour to reach Geelong, our first stop was the FORD Discovery Centre where by it displays the FORD car making history in Australia.

Followed by FISH & CHIPS lunch at the Waterfront, and some walking along the beach.

My first Home-Made Mini Chicken Taco

This is my home-made mini chicken taco. Having the Asian culture to have rice during most of our meal is sometimes boring and not so healthy. I tried this Mexican dish last weekend. It was a very easy dish, all you need is just to cook the fillings and that can be any ingredient you like plus the Taco seasoning mix. However the Taco Shells will taste much nicer if we grill them. The other day, I just warmed them using the microwave.

New Stroller & New Cot

A friend has given YS one stroller and a baby cot.

We are back in Melbourne

On the 26th Feb, dad drove us to KL, we picked up sis Audrey, then headed to KLIA after our "Bak-Ku-Teh" dinner.

While waiting for sis to join us from her half-day work, we had our lunch in The Curve Sakae Sushi.

The flight was a lot better than the last one. Unlike the first time, this time the Inflight Entertainment was up and running.

When we checked in our seat in KLIA, the officer told us that all the bassinet seat were taken. So we thought we were going to carry YS for the 7.5hours flight. Luckily we double checked with another officer and he managed to block one seat in between Shao Wen and me for my boy.

When we were in the flight, we met with another kind pregnant lady who sit next to me on the aisle seat that she was going to the back of the cabin to sit close to the washroom. Ah- ha, that means we got 4 seats in the row.

Hooray ... windy weather, here we are in Melbourne.

On the following day, we went shopping for new stroller. He seems a lot more happy in those red ones.

Swimming

It has been sometime since Ah-Gong bought the swimming trunk for YS, and he never have the chance to use it until the last 2 weeks before we leave Malaysia.
