My first Mother's Day gift was a surprise from Yong Shuan's lovely carer in the Childcare Centre. They prepared the hand print of Yong Shuan and this poem.

YS's "wake up" Look

These photos were taken on Sunday morning when I picked up Yong Shuan from his bed. My good boy smile even though his sleep was disturbed by the blender sound.

Saturday Morning Walk with YS

We've been morning walk almost every Saturday since a month ago. Breezy morning last Saturday, we put on the rain coat on YS's stroller for the first time. Remember? the stroller was a gift from my uncle, it did not have rain coat, and winter is coming, so we thought of get ourselves ready for winter outing.

Along the walk, YS was playing his favorite stroller toy, The Ducky , the soft toy was all wet when we picked him up.

More Clothes for YS

Thanks to my colleague's daughter, we got some good deal from her on YS clothes last week. This company has gone into receivership and we got for YS some nice "baju" at AUD5 each. Most of them are Size 1 and above, short-sleeve which will be reserve for Summer end of this year. Hehe.. Can't wait to take photo of YS wearing them.

Pasta for YS or Pasta for Mummy

When I bought this pasta for YS, daddy wondered if this pasta is for YS or for mummy. I found these paste very cute, they were made into tiny alpha numeric shape. However, daddy reckon YS is too young to recognize them. I suddenly realized some of the food, the clothing and those toys I got for YS at this age, is partly for myself. I am enjoying the fun of parenthood. May be when he grows up, when he knows how to tell his preference, that would be a different story. BUT NOW, I am deciding for him... :)

Finally, I captured some YS 9th month photo with his teeth.

Raining hail

There was heavy hail last Friday, just like snowing, but I heard the sound it hit on my roof I knew it was hail. I worried the sound might frighten YS, when I went into his room to check on him, he groveled on his bed. The look was hilarious, it was just like some Chinese Kung Fu fighter trying to detect from the floor if their opponent is approaching them.
