Aunty Tan's Famous Honey Soy Chicken

This picture might not look presentable, trust me the taste is great.

Allow me to introduce my beloved mum's famous and yummy Honey Soy Chicken. Since I can only have confinement dishes, she has make the following adjustment :

• Normal Chicken --> Free Range Chicken (Kampung Gai in Hokkien/Cantonese)


• Add on some Gingers and Sesame Oil into the seasoning

很想吃妈妈煎的蜜糖鸡，在坐月期间妈妈为我做了这道蜜糖鸡， 和平时不一样的就是鸡是采用了农场走地鸡，然后调味加上了麻油和姜。依然是最好吃的蜜糖鸡，一级棒！
