Aunty Tan's Steamed Egg Cake 鸡蛋糕

今晚,妈妈心血来潮突然说要做鸡蛋糕。太好了。其实,在墨尔本家里我只做过一次蛋糕,还是“失败”的。结果还被绍闻埋怨说他要吭了那“失败”的蛋糕。今晚,那做过一次蛋糕的器材终于派上用场了,漂漂亮亮的鸡蛋糕15分钟就出炉了。味道很好。

啊!怎么就五粒呢? 对,我的小小蒸炉就只可以放五粒。 妈妈说太久没有做,免得做不成浪费,就试做三颗鸡蛋咯!
